The relationship between providers and clients is independent, and LetsConnect Canada assumes no liability for interactions or outcomes.
  • Booking and Payment: Clients can select providers and book counselling sessions through the platform. Payment is processed securely, and clients only pay for the sessions they book.
  • Privacy: We prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of user data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
  • Code of Conduct: Users agree to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. Any inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.
