About me

Taking care of your emotional and mental well-being is so important to living a healthy and meaningful life and as your therapist it becomes my priority and interest. My approach is rooted first and foremost in building a relationship based on trust and collaboration with you, in order to set and achieve your goals (big and small). I appreciate each individual’s unique cultural identity and practice cultural curiosity to ensure that therapy is culturally sensitive. I provide therapy using a holistic approach that integrates tools from many modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I offer a space to explore yourself, gain greater self-awareness, heal, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and find inner peace. I will work alongside you in a non-judgmental, compassionate, and safe space to support your personal growth, build resilience, and overcome challenges you’re facing. Please feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit.
