About me

Helping people discover aspects of themselves that have remained hidden or subdued and revealing innate sources of power for growth and healing is one of my passions. I love being a part of a person’s healing process and guiding them to explore and transmute challenging and aversive situations into meaningful ones. I work with people who are seeking healing and growth from trauma, abuse and adversity and/or who wish to learn more about themselves and live a meaningful and fulfilling life. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria and I am registered counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counselling (BCACC) for over 10 years . I also have well over a decade experience in the helping field in various support roles. I have mostly worked with individuals who have experienced various forms of abuse and trauma.. My personal interest and experience in counselling psychology, trauma and spirituality helps me to connect, explore and transcend limitations and foster growth in others.
