About me

As a registered Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, I am committed to helping you navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, relationship issues, stress, and men’s issues. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I’ll start by understanding your perspective on the challenges you face and exploring how you’ve dealt with them in the past. Together, we’ll identify strategies that align with your goals and empower you to achieve lasting growth and healing. The strategies I use to help clients will vary depending on individual needs and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based interventions. Together, we will find what works best for you, ensuring that the process feels relevant and empowering.
