Prior to becoming a Psychotherapist I spent 25 years helping individuals suffering from the impacts of addictions, anxiety and depression. My support involved helping people identify their strengths and capacity for change to improve their life. My experience includes supporting people who have been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, a developmental disability or who are a part of the kink community.
