Pamela Theriault

About me

Pam is an executive coach, organization development consultant and facilitator, registered clinical counsellor, mediator, with over 30 years of experience in the public and private sector. She has worked for and consulted with organizations experiencing the need to make large scale changes. She consults with leaders and facilitates conversations that develop strategies to successfully implement the changes. She has worked for health care systems, aboriginal communities, law enforcement agencies and leaders in the corporate world. She strives to achieve the outcomes of her clients while assuring that “the people” part of the change or strategy are kept in the forefront of her consulting practice. She holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioural Science, a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Social Sciences. She is a certified Executive Coach and Mediator. In her spare time Pam loves long distance cycling, yoga, and interval training as well as gardening. Clients describe me as fearless, wise and refreshingly direct with the rarest of gifts: an ability to level with clients, show them a new perspective and support them through transitions. l am considered a powerful coach and change agent. My clients say they respect my experience and value my guidance.
