No matter what you have been through, we can work together at your pace and comfort. My previous experiences include working with a wide range and age of individuals particularly women and girls in our community who are dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, domestic violence as well as concerns related to low self-esteem and self-doubts. I speak Urdu/Hindi and English. As your therapist I will be working with different modalities such as Solution focused brief therapy, Motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Trauma focused therapies.
