About me

I've worked with youth, families, couples and individuals for over 16 years in both public and private clinical settings. In addition to counselling I also provide clinical supervision to counsellors and have done so for 9 years. I've trained in the US and Canada, developing expertise through training in Family Systems, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I help clients overcome barriers to change, and support them to move through painful life events. I help people who feel overwhelmed by grief find their way back to living their life after a loved one has passed away. I work with clients to identify their strengths and to adopt new strategies for dealing with relationship problems, career upsets, and life transitions that present new challenges. *Contact me to set up a free consult at [email protected].
