About me

Matt McLean, 52 years of age. Father of 3. Matt has been a practicing counsellor since 2005. Obtaining his Masters Degree in 2014. He has 30 years experience working in the social services field. He has had his own full-time private practice since 2014. Matt uses an open approach. He recognizes each client is unique and tailors his approach to each individual. He will work with a client in any capacity that is best suited for the client and meet them where they are at. Matt's goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and respected. My areas of focus include Relationships Men's Health Substance and Gambling Addictions Grief & Anxiety Stress & Depression Mood Regulation
