About me

Whatever your unique struggles or sufferings might look like, together we can explore how to move through and ultimately grow larger than them. I work alongside individuals who are navigating questions of identity, transitions, meaning and purpose, conflict and disconnection, and with those who seek to heal past and present hurts. I am committed to being a safe and compassionate presence, encouraging you to delve deeper into yourself. My approach is holistic and draws on a variety of frameworks to help bring care and attention wherever needed, whether in mind, body, or spirit. I am influenced by existential philosophy, depth psychology, neuroscience, and anti-oppressive practice. I am trained in Lifespan Integration, a therapeutic modality for processing trauma.
