About me

I am a warm and caring Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario and am in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I work with adults, children, teens, and parents helping them feel safe, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and major life changes or transitions. I take a compassionate, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs while honouring their own lived experiences and strengths. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Carleton University and a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE). My work is informed by evidence-based and relational approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused and attachment-based therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and somatic/mindfulness-based practices. These approaches support clients in understanding their emotions, building coping skills, and strengthening relationships in ways that feel meaningful. I believe therapy should feel like a welcoming and collaborative space. I bring empathy, curiosity, and a non-judgmental lens to my work, and value moving at a pace that feels right for each client. My appreciation for creativity, movement, and balance, which is shaped by my love of baking, crafting, travel, and weightlifting outside of the therapy room, often informs my grounded and holistic perspective on well-being.
