Kara-Leah Gonty is a Registered Social Worker & Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Her therapeutic style is eclectic, using a client-centered, strengths-based approach, rooted in positive psychology. Her methods ensure clients feel empowered during the therapeutic process. Kara-Leah believe in helping clients focus on making client-centered decisions. She provides a brave, affirming space for clients to share stories and do personal work.
