About me

I believe that people come to therapy when they are ready for life to feel different, and I am committed to working collaboratively with my clients as they explore pathways toward change. I am passionate about building relationships that provide a secure-base to do this important work; where you feel seen and understood. I value the knowledge and experiences you bring to our sessions; you are the expert on you, and you decide if anything in the process feels too fast, too soon, or too much. My approach to counselling is integrated, which means I draw from a variety of theoretical backgrounds so that your sessions are tailor-made for your unique needs. I welcome feedback from clients about their experiences during counselling, and you can count on me to be candid during our work together. Outside of my time with clients you can find me walking my dogs, curled up with a good book, or experimenting in the kitchen. If you would like to learn more about what it might be like to work together, I invite you to connect with me!
