About me
I hold the RCC and CCC designations and bring 15 years of clinical experience to counselling and therapy, specializing in working with adolescents, couples, and families. I demonstrate exceptional proficiency in clinical counselling and regularly conduct talks and workshops. I genuinely believe that everyone deserves a space where they can express themselves freely without fear of judgment. In individual therapy, my aim is to foster a warm, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, process your emotions, and uncover your full potential. In couples therapy, I concentrate on creating a sense of fairness and safety, ensuring that both partners feel heard, understood, and empowered to reconnect and heal.
