About me

Jade Wong B.Sc., M.A., CCTP, RCC. Would you like a healthier, sustainable relationship with yourself? And with others? I specialize in supporting those with anxiety to live grounded & connected lives. I offer online counselling sessions. No more driving to/from your appointments so that you have more time to engage in self-care & emotional processing after each session from the comfort of your own home or office space. I support individuals (12 years +) & couples (repair, rebuild & connect). Added Specialty: Narcissistic Abuse Survivors & Support with Perimenopause. Years in practice: 14 years (since 2012). I offer compassionate support through Buddhist Psychology, Nervous System Regulation and Somatic Based Tools. I've spent over 10 years in the helping profession in both non-profit & various health authority settings (domestic violence, mental health & substance use, homelessness, addictions, end-of-life care, cancer diagnosis & care); walking alongside adults, youth, children & families as they navigate through their trauma. My approach is from Buddhist Psychology.
