About me

Chances are you're feeling stressed, depressed, anxious, angry, confused, or something similar. You're looking at all these profiles trying to figure out who would be the "best" or "right" fit for you. But in the end, you may not really know until you speak with them. It takes courage to make that initial contact and I want to make it as comfortable and productive as possible for you. My name's Jordan and I genuinely want to help you. I take a calm, curious, and unassuming stance in therapy. I aim to create a space where you can truly be yourself and feel comfortable to talk about anything. My curiosity about why people behave the way they do was apparent at a young age, which led me to recognize the value of self-acceptance and understanding oneself. The therapy I provide is primarily based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). We work together uncovering the sources of your problem(s) and develop a plan to manage them at the source(s). I can help you increase your ability to understand your own thoughts and feelings and take control over your life. I'm real and authentic and sensitive to the complexities of life challenges. I meet you were you're at and work with you. Overall, my role is to support and guide you towards reaching your goals.
