About me

My intention as a therapist is to create a safe, warm, and confidential space where genuine healing is cultivated. Inner Canvas operates through a client-centered lens that embraces non-judgment and compassion, holding space for authentic growth and transformation to occur. I accept and welcome everyone where they're at in their journey, with an open mind and heart. I hold the belief that everything we need to navigate the peaks and valleys of our lives already lies within. It is my honour to journey alongside and empower you as you re-connect with your inner strengths and resiliency. I studied Psychology and Thanatology at Western University, unearthing my passion for the field of grief and loss. I continued my education in Psychotherapy and Art Therapy at the Toronto Art Therapy Institute, in honour of my inner artist and creator. My approach is eclectic, rooted in trauma and attachment informed frameworks. I specialize in Art Therapy and often integrate mindfulness, creativity, and emotion focused approaches into my therapeutic work, amongst other modalities. My clients communicate feeling validated, safe, and accepted during our time together. Many express a deep appreciation for the integration of visual art making during sessions, as an alternative to traditional talk-based therapy. I offer virtual remote sessions to folks across Canada, and In-Person sessions for folks living in Vancouver. Whether you are considering therapy for yourself, inquiring for a loved one, or seeking information, I invite you to reach out today.
