About me

If you are holding it together on the outside but, on the inside alarms are going off. If you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, or grief I can help you recalibrate your alarm system so you can experience peace and safety again. Individual therapy is customized, one-on-one, sustained support. It's a unique process designed to improve your life by helping you get clear on what you want for yourself and what it will take for you to get there. In my work with individuals I aim to build an alliance of safety, respect, trust, care, and understanding. With this foundation, I offer space for you to move at your own pace to make connections and experience insights that can bring you closer to where you want to be. I bring my warmth, curiosity, and humor to each session. Together, we can explore old patterns and beliefs that may no longer be serving you and collaborate to create more room for choices and change. It would be a privilege to accompany you on your journey toward greater wholeness.
