About me

I work with Individuals & Couples in English/French. Stress, Low Moods, Shame, Critical Self-Talk, Attachment, Anger, and Transitions are common difficulties experienced by most people. However, when these issues begin to negatively impact your life or become too much to handle, we need help identifying emotions, beliefs, past and current struggles to find strategies to resolve these issues and achieve our goals. We can work together to find the right tools and skills to cope, grow, and reconnect with ourselves and loved ones.
