About me
You may be here because you are carrying a lot right now. You might find yourself anticipating others’ needs, smoothing tension, or putting your own feelings aside to keep things steady. Over time, this can begin to feel exhausting, leaving you unsure of what you need or how to move forward. I’m Emillie Erum, a Registered Psychotherapist, and I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and the impact of difficult or overwhelming experiences. My approach is relational, somatic, and attachment-based, which means we explore how earlier experiences and relationships may still influence how you respond to stress, emotions, and connection today. In our work together, we slow things down and create space to understand these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. Therapy can help you build greater awareness, strengthen your sense of self, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to offer a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and grounded. You deserve support that honours both where you come from and who you are becoming. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation so we can explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
