About me

I worked as an auditor and accountant before I became a full-time mom. While raising my children, I became interested in their emotions, thinking processes and behaviours. I have been fascinated by psychology. When the kids were older, I returned to school for a master’s degree in counselling psychology. At this stage of my life, I would love to use my compassion, empathy, life experiences and clinical counselling knowledge to connect with and help people. Whether you have been struggling with long-term mental illness, feeling depressed or anxious lately, or experiencing difficulties with family or a partner, I am here to hear you out, hold your hand through your difficulties, and help you to arrive at the place of peace, happiness and success for yourself, your relationship or your children.
