About me

I specialize in working with Teachers, Education Workers and Parents. With over 15 years experience working in the education system, I have a keen understanding of the challenges and rewards that come from working in schools. I provide empathy, acceptance and non-judgemental support. Concerns such as burnout, stress, compassion fatigue, disengagement, anxiety, perfectionism, relational challenges, and life transitions can be addressed. My approach is adaptive and will ensure the work you do in sessions best fits your needs and lifestyle. As a parent you know the challenges of meeting the ever-changing needs of your kids. I offer support, strategies and new perspectives for you and your kids. We can work on concerns like parent-child relationships, emotional concerns, behavioural concerns, school concerns, inclusive education and parenting children with an ADHD diagnosis (specialized). I am thoughtful, contemplative and patient.
