About me

Are you curious about living a life where you feel seen and understood? I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and anti-oppressive psychotherapy and encourage impactful healing. Through connection and self kindness there is an opportunity to enjoy life, build resilience and showcase your authentic self. I provide virtual individual therapy across Ontario, Canada. Using an integrative approach, I pull from CBT and mindfulness-based approaches. As a Registered Social Worker, I have a Bachelor and Master degree in Social Work. During my studies at University of Toronto, I obtained a Master degree with specialization in Human Services Management and Leadership. I have over 5 years of experience working in community mental health and professional associations. I have created workshops, provided case management for clients experiencing crisis, and managed professional development projects. My experience has deepened my understanding of systemic barriers and how forms of oppression such as ablism, racism, sizes, sexism, classism impact a person’s overall health.
