About me

My practice is informed by a wealth of experience over ten years of supportive work through addictions centers, verbal and non-verbal care work, marginalized individuals, international family support for immigrants and refugees, and elementary school aged children and their families dealing with intergenerational trauma. I also offer support to those with disabilities in care homes or independent living, and also their families. Narrative therapy has an in-depth approach that personally fits me and brings respectful, genuine, ethical, curious, exploration that creates new meanings and possibilities. Narrative says that nobody exists with issues alone in a vacuum; that our society influences us and our problems. Together we can discover these outcomes, and with a non judgmental, respectful, and open minded approach we can explore the issues and gain new and fresh insight. The people who I see in therapy tend to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their strengths, their connection to people around them. I truly enjoy helping people grow and move forward in their lives; I would love the opportunity to help you free yourself from the problem to keep growing and reach your goals.
