Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with over 15 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based support to youth, young adults, and seniors navigating a range of mental health and life challenges. Clinical practice focuses on anxiety, depression, isolation, trauma, addictions, and career or life transitions, with a special interest in working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Motivational Interview (MI), trauma-informed approaches. Integrates mindfulness and meditative practices. Known for calm presence, holistic perspective, and commitment to creating a safe and collaborative space for healing and personal growth. Brings deep expertise in clinical assessment, case formulation, and crisis intervention, and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and client-centered care.
