About me

I provide meaningful support to those seeking positive change, self-understanding, and a desire to live more fully and authentically - in connection with themselves and others. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, the lingering impact of childhood or relational trauma, or preparing for parenthood. I provide counselling to private and insured clients under the supervision of Canadian Certified Counsellor Bonney Elliot. I am a gentle and curious therapist, and I bring compassion, honesty, and a quality of stubbornness that I hope will be seen as an unfaltering commitment to support your journey. My approach is relational, caring, and collaborative. I am trained Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma treatment, and Emotion-Focused Couples therapist I also draw on Humanistic and Somatic therapies to support emotional healing and self-understanding. I’m attuned to how cultural, intergenerational, and environmental forces shape our inner worlds. It takes courage to look inward — especially if your past relationships have made trust feel risky. Know that we will take time to connect, discover who you are, and be curious about the experiences that brought you here. I value safety, non-judgment, and the courage it takes to be open with another. That’s why therapy with me moves at the pace of trust.
