About me

Hi! I'm a private practice therapist based out of Kitsilano, BC. My practice is a hybrid of in person and virtual sessions. I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor and also run boutique therapeutic retreats. I work primarily with high performing individuals/couples as well as people who have experienced sexual trauma. My philosophy is that real, lasting growth happens outside of our comfort zone, in confronting the mental blocks that hold us back and transforming challenges into strength. Whether it's stress, self-doubt, moving beyond past trauma, navigating conflict, or managing demanding priorities, I can help you break through barriers and unlock new strengths. As someone with a background in trauma work, I strongly believe in the connection between the brain and the body and feel that, when working with both simultaneously, we can move from a regular picture to a panoramic perspective in addressing any concerns that you may be facing. Together we can turn obstacles into opportunities, building resilience and confidence so you can thrive both personally and professionally. People usually reach out to me when they are feeling overwhelmed or stuck, trying to change unhelpful patterns, navigating conflict in their interpersonal relationships, noticing physical signs of stress, constantly overthinking, or wanting to move past traumatic events both recent and historical. For counselling to be successful, fit matters! Not every counsellor is right for every client and vice versa. My style is grounded and empathetic while being gently challenging. My clients and I often use humor as an entry point for discussing difficult topics. For anyone who feels my services might be what they are looking for, I offer a free 15 minute consultation so that you have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have and we can determine if this is the best fit. Let’s take that first step forward.
