About me

Hello! I'm a queer, Neurodivergent, Taiwanese registered clinical counsellor. I provide trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and nonjudgmental care to individuals who experience oppression and marginalization including, but not limited to, people in the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, immigrants, people who use substances, and survivors of sexualized and domestic violence. I believe that clients are the experts in their lives and that my role is to guide and support them through the therapeutic process. I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating multiple cultural contexts and identities and are looking to connect to themselves and their communities. My personal experiences and professional training inform my analysis of mental health difficulties and substance use. I integrate a framework of multiculturalism and intersectionality in my work. Clients can expect sessions with me to be collaborative, slow, and calm. I provide services in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese. I honour and recognize the traditional and unceded territories of the Katzie, Kwantlen and Semiahmoo Nations, on whose territories I work and live.
