About me
Hi there! My name is Nicole and it is an honour be part of your healing journey as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (20723). My counselling approach is centred around attachment theory, family of origin, EMDR, emotion regulation, solution-focused, somatic and internal family systems (IFS) interventions to support self discovery. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them uncover opportunities for inner growth, and healing. I specialize in include relationship anxiety, family issues, grief & loss of loved one, conflict resolution, break ups, communication, life transitions, setting boundaries, self esteem/confidence/identity. I support clients who find themselves in unfulfilling relationships and a deep yearning to prioritize their own well- being more but may not know where to start. I hope to create a space for BIPOC communities who experience difficult relationships with their family through a multicultural lens, holding space for past traumas and invalidated emotions. I believe that having the right support when embarking on a healing journey can be one of the most important elements to self-transformation. Together with my clients, I strive to co-create a space of connection, acceptance, self-awareness, and strength to support your therapy goals. I am accepting new clients. Feel free to reach out for next steps!
