I provide an authentic, compassionate, collaborative and judgement-free space, which fosters feelings of connection, support and emotional safety with clients as they embark on their life changing therapeutic journey. Practicing from a lens of personal autonomy and respect, social and cultural safety, and anti-oppression, I strive to provide clients with unconditional kindness, and advocate for them inside and outside of the therapy room.
