About me

I trained as a psychologist in the 70s and have lived in 4 countries/continents. Later in life, I have and still do training as a yoga teacher and therapist and as an Energy Medicine practitioner. I have been in private practice for the last 25 years and have worked in settings such as the military, non-profits, EAP and government (hospitals and clinics). I combine Energy Medicine and yoga with counselling to create a whole.
