About me

I am a registered Psychotherapist, I specialize in grief, caregiver burn out and compassion fatigue. Feeling anxious, annoyed, depressed are frequently felt when we are grieving or caring for others. Often we don't know why we are feeling the way we do but through therapy we can explore these feelings and thoughts and learn how to gain control over our own emotional regulation I believe therapy provides a safe space to explore our thoughts, feelings and deep held beliefs that often stand in our way for living our best life.
