I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a particular passion for working with relational trauma and anxiety. Holding space for the feelings connected with traumatic experience is the beginning of healing the wounds that have been suffered. I predominantly utilize Schema-focused therapy and ACT to help structure sessions and offer helpful skills to create positive change.
