About me

I have been a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Certified Music Therapist for over 25 years. I am open and non-judgemental, and I value accompanying each person's individual journey to healing, at their own pace. I have an extensive use of tools and resources tailored to the unique needs of my clients. Even though I believe music is a valuable tool in therapy, it is not essential to use, if there is a preference for traditional talking therapy. I welcome all sorts of issues and challenges.
