About me
I'm a fatherless father who has had to figure out manhood on my own, and I'm committed to forging a path for others. I'm on a mission to transform mental help for men. Let's face it, traditional talk therapy wasn't tailored for men, and often falls short in meeting their needs. As a therapist, I focus on addressing the silent crisis of men's mental health. With expertise in Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, Positive Psychology, and The Gottman Method, my focus is to find sustainable solutions that work for you.
