About me

I'm originally from London, UK, and moved to Canada in 2008. I pursued a career in Human Resources and Business Management, developing a passion for supporting the growth and development of those around me. My goal is to provide you with a safe environment for self-exploration and discovery, where you can work to create sustainable and meaningful change to become a better version of yourself. My approach is active-directive, as needed, recognising the importance in relationships as being a catalyst for change. You will be given space to work out how to best cope with the challenges you are presently experiencing and encouraged to draw upon your many strengths. I believe change is hard and certainly possible! I am committed to personalizing our sessions, suggesting tools and techniques for coping with life’s challenges so you can work on getting better, and staying better! At times I may challenge you so you can honestly evaluate and clarify values, meaning, motivations and what really matters to you. I make space for all parts and you can expect humour to be incorporated into the work we do together. If you choose to work with me you will be provided with a non-judgmental and confidential space where you will have the opportunity to discuss your inner thoughts, feelings and experiences.
