About me

Struggling in relationships? Feeling anxious? Have a new mental health diagnosis, and thinking: okay, now what? I’m here to listen for what’s important to you, what you love most about life and what’s getting in the way of that. Talking openly in a non-judgemental space, we’ll make sense of past and present experiences, getting a holistic picture of where you are today. As we set goals, we’ll develop tools and strategies to help get you where you want to be. Feeling connected to the things you value and care about most can promote a sense of peace, a renewed sense of energy, and new space in your life to develop a deeper connection to your favourite people and activities. Contact me here, by email, or by phone to book a consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
