About me
I have also spent years working with individuals and couples in non-traditional relationships, including polyamory, open relationships, and other structures outside the mainstream. I understand the complexities, challenges, and joys that come with forging a path that isn’t always recognized or understood by society. I spent 15 years as a secondary school teacher, working with children, adolescents, and their families—not just in academics, but in the bigger picture of their growth and challenges. That experience shaped the way I see people and the many different paths their lives take. I am also a mother, wife, daughter, and granddaughter, and family has always been a central part of my life. I have a deep love for animals and nature, and music and tap dance have been lifelong passions.
