About me

I provide a nonjudgmental space for people to navigate life’s such as anxiety, depression, career change, injury, and loss. I work with couples including providing support as they address major life events such as pregnancy, parenting, and respectful separation. I have additional training and experience working with clients with ADHD and chronic pain. I can also support those who would like to use CBT for addressing insomnia.
