About me

I am a compassionate and client-centered Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with empathy, respect, and understanding. With a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth and healing, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Based Therapy (SBT), and is always tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual I work with. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or personal transitions, my role is to walk alongside you — offering guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way. I am passionate about helping clients build resilience, develop self-awareness, and reconnect with their inner strengths.
