About me

There is power in the stories we tell and how we tell them. I love being able to hold space for others stories and empower you to decide how to tell it for yourself. My ultimate goals for you are: to know what it feels like to be safe with another person or what I call "feel felt", have a better relationship with yourself, and if we add in a coping strategy or two that you actually like to use, then bonus! There will be no "one way" I do therapy with you, because it's going to be dependent on who you are, where you are at, and how we jive! I have completed multiple trainings including ART, Narrative, DBT, ACT, EFT, Somatic and IFS.
