About me

Hello! I'm Alicia, I'm glad you found me. I know that it can be difficult to start the therapeutic journey whether you are new to the therapy world or whether you are looking for another therapist. I'm always grateful to be able to hold space with sensitivity and respect for clients and work at your own pace. I want to help clients feel safer within their bodies and minds when navigating their environment. Perhaps you are someone struggling with childhood trauma and you would want to learn how this changes the way you interact with the world and your relationships. Maybe you are overwhelmed with emotions and want to learn how to regulate your nervous system. Or maybe you are having intimacy/relationship concerns that are affecting the way you attach to your partner. I help clients with exploring their inner world(s) and provide support through a non-judgemental lens. I appreciate everyone's uniqueness and welcome that into sessions where we will build a therapeutic relationship and work together to explore your world's. If it sounds like it resonates, and you are interested in working together, feel free to reach out. I offer both in person and online sessions.
