About me

I am an ISST Certified Advanced-Level Schema Therapist, and Supervisor and Trainer, RE&CBT Psychotherapist, and a CRPO Registered Psychotherapist. I specialize in Schema Therapy while also incorporating RE&CBT and elements of Mindfulness, DBT, and Body Psychotherapy. My expertise lies in working with adults experiencing anxiety, panic, mild depression, trauma, complex trauma, complex PTSD, anger difficulties, stress management challenges, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, relationship problems, and struggles with work-life balance. I also support individuals navigating major life transitions, such as job loss, career changes, divorce, becoming a parent, or relocation. In addition to my therapeutic work, I provide Individual Schema Therapy supervision. I strive to bring warmth, kindness, authenticity, compassion, and well-defined boundaries in all aspects of my professional practice. My goal is to serve as a supportive and nurturing figure for both my clients and supervisees, facilitating corrective emotional experiences within the therapeutic relationship. Through our work together, my clients can develop the skills necessary to overcome obstacles and live more fulfilling lives. In addition, I provide therapy and supervision in English, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, and Montenegrin, with a working knowledge of French. I relocated from Serbia in April 2024 and am now based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, but currently work exclusively online.
