About me
Hi there! Choosing a therapist can be so difficult and it’s important to find someone who you feel seen and heard by. We may be a good fit if you are queer, neurodiverse, have a complicated relationship with family, or feel like you don’t quite fit in anywhere. I hope to support my clients with finding meaning, fulfillment, and purpose in their lives whether that be healing past wounds, making sense of ones’ identity, or navigating life transitions. You also don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for or need, that can be a valuable part of the process too. Collaboration, non-judgement, and safety are core principles in my work. The work I do with clients is trauma-informed, highly relational, and leaves space for the nuances of diverse experience and existentialism. I integrate a variety of approaches from a psychodynamic foundation, incorporating aspects of IFS (parts work), EFT, mindfulness, and somatic interventions. Ultimately, I want you to feel truly seen and heard in our work together and that looks different for each person. It may be helpful for you to know that I am queer and neurodiverse, and these lenses inform my practice. I work with individuals (16+), couples, poly and other non-traditional relationships. I am interested in working with parent and adult child relationships. I also offer psychedelic integration. In-person and virtual sessions are available from Tuesdays – Saturdays. If any of what you’ve read has resonated and you wish to work together or have further questions, please reach out to me. I look forward to connecting!
